Need european/asian UNIX magazines

Does anyone know of any magazines in Europe, or Asia, which publish
UNIX/C articles?

In other words I am looking for overseas equivalents of 
UNIX Review, UNIX World, UNIX Today, C Journal, Doctor Dobbs
Journal, and ACM/IEEE computer magazines. Most of the 
British chaps I've talked to simply read the American
publications.

I'll post a summary.

If you want to mention US publications that I did not list,
that's OK too- it'll make the summary more useful for others.
