Serial Card Info

Can someone point me to a serial card (2 port) that either already has
16550 chips built in or that may be easily upgraded (socketed). The card
I currently use has a single ASIC for both ports. Cost is somewhat
of a consideration, but I'm tired of losing characters when the system
is heavily loaded. It would be nice, but it is not required, if the
card also had a parallel port.
