Archive Viper 2150s jumpers, etc?

I have an Archive 2150S  21707-102 REVA tape, with no-papers.

Regarding: ISC 386/ix 2.0.2, Archive 2150S, Adaptec 1542B

What part should I use for termination on the 2150S?

What are the 2150S's jumpers:
