What about a Microport System V/386 3.0.1e --> 3.2.2 Upgrade?

A. on this kind of a matter (especially since you appear to be a spokesperson
   for microport) you shouldn't say something like that.   

B. A statement like that says that "microport knows it is asking you to do
   something unreasonable and it knows that you probably won't do what they
   ask, but they still want you to sign a statement saying that you will 
   do it".

This is a bunch of BS.  Either require that they unload the software and 
get any of your old customers really pissed off, or just ask for a statment
that the new version of the software will be used to replace an old
version and the old version will not be running on any system following
the upgrade.

GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT BEFORE YOU MAKE ANOTHER POSTING ABOUT IT.  IT IS
YOUR COMPANY.  TALK TO THE POWERS THAT BE.
