386/ix 2.20 and 12 megs RAM

Both 2.0.2 386/ix and ISC UNIX 2.2 will make full use of 16MB of memory. I 
have heard, but not tested that ISC UNIX 2.2 will also make full use of 
memory above 16MB on EISA machines with EISA controllers.
