info on monochrome/grayscale 16" monitor

	Can any one provide me information on high resolution monitor for
	either greyscale/color/bw which works under Interactive UNIX 2.2?

	Is there any 16" and up monochrome monitor in the market that can
	be used with Interactive UNIX 2.2 and support high resolution under
	X11 (for AT 386 machine)? 

	Any of these are under $800 (hopefully monochrome is cheaper)?
