STREAMS tty watcher...

Somone not long ago posted a STREAMS driver that lets you 
attach to a running terminal and monitor it.
I missed the whole thing.. :(

Can someone send it to me?
Has anyone tried compiling it on SCO UNIX or SCO ODT?
