I had forgotten about that little bug.  The exec code in SVR4 1.0 and 2.0
will reset all your resource limits to the values from stune/mtune for
any setuid program.  I fixed it in Dell's version a long time ago to
only reset it if the current value is less than the compiled-in values.
AT&T has incorporated that bug fix into Version 3.0, so it will eventually
appear elsewhere.
