DECwindows and TEX previewers ?

        Dear Netlanders:

        Does anyone out there know of any TEX/LATEX previewers that run under
DECwindows?  A VMS version would be preferred by our users.  A previewer for
VT320, VT220, VT100 would also be nice.  Also, is there any public-domain
package for online, graphics-oriented editing and printing of mathematical 
papers using DECwindows?  Please reply directly to me if possible.  If there
is enough interest, I will summarize for the Net.
