	I do not feel as though the unix-wizards mailing list 
should be used for cliquish purposes.  I also don't agree that
it is used for junk mail.  I find most of the traffic interesting
although not often relevant to my problems.  In our mail system
the header and delete commands work just fine and I don't find that
it wastes much of my time to use them.  If anyone cares, I vote to
allow any interested party to join the list until the agency/computer
that maintains the list feels overburdened.
