RFCs 881, 882, and 883 Now Available

New RFCs are now available from the Network Information Center in the
NETINFO directory at SRI-NIC.
These three RFCs discuss the introduction of domain style names for the
DDN/ARPA Internet. This is a structured naming system which will
provide flexibility for the growth of the Internet, and will provide for
a consistent naming facility for interactions with other communication
environments.
The implementation of domain style names will impact all host in the
DDN/ARPA Internet.
For those interested in the discussion of this topic a mailing called
"Namedroppers" has been created. If you are interested in the
