Ingres, Pyramid, 4.2 oddities

(1) Does anyone have Ingres running on the Pyramid under 4.2?  If so,
    would you share it?

(2) Ingres uses three undocumented (apparently; I couldn't find them)
    routines from the Vax 4.2 C library: 'setexit', 'reset', and 'htons'.
    Do you know about these or have C versions?
