Getting GNU emacs over ARPAnet

	I've had many requests for GNU emacs, some from people with
	access to ARPAnet. I've tried to send messages directly to
	those people about ARPAnet access and in some cases couldn't
	get threw. So, to get GNU emacs over ARPAnet you should
	FTP to MIT-PREP. In directory /u2/emacs you will find the
	golden ring.
