Pascal to C translators

I am looking for the following

1) An efficient and sophisticated translator which will convert programs
in unix/pascal to unix/c.

2) A better pascal for unix than the standard one avilable in 4.2bsd

Does anyone outthere have such things or know of companies which supply
these software?
