Database Benchmarks

I already posted something like this in net.database but I
guess not too many folks subscribe...

Last week I contacted Dave DeWitt athe U of Wisconsin who was 
kind enough to send me two papers he published as well as a list of 
benchmark tapes I could have for a nominal fee.

Has anyone out there had some experience with his benchmark?
Does anyone have any results they care to share (I'm interested
in evaluating different database packages on the same machine,
and the same packages on different machines)
