Help! There's a slash '/' in my filename.

I have been looking at a lot of the answers to how to get rid of a
file with a slash '/' in its name. Nobody yet has mentioned the very
simple answer I ran across some kind of newsgroup a year or two
ago.

I have never tried it myself, so it may not work, but it is so simple,
you might as well try it: apparently, emacs can handle it. Just go into
directory mode in emacs and delete the file. Rename should also work, I
would assume.
