Device Driver needed

	I saw an ad in a UNIX magazine which talked about a place that
specialized in device drivers.  I have a NEC Monograph monitor that I
need to interface to Xenix, its CGA emulation board is good enough for
DOS but not Xenix.  If anyone has recommendations in this area please
