I need a hazeltine termcap

I need some help. I've got to connect a hazeltine 1500 terminal
to our system but I don't think I have the right termcap entry.
Could someone mail me a correct termcap for this terminal?
Does anyone know if these terminals are known for their inability
to generate ~ and ` characters? If so, what other problems can I expect??
