No. No deadline has been set. As a matter of fact the methodology
for properly handling name server mail records for non-internet hosts
was rather recently redefined and still has at least one degenerate case
in it.
I'd expect expect this to be a rather hot topic at the Internet Engineering
Task Force meeting in Palo Alto next week.
