phslan

[Bob Walsh]

  We are using the Starlan network to connect our 3b1's together.  I 
  have been trying to use the utility "phslan" but with not success.
  Supposedly, this will connect me to another machine.  I cannot
  find any documentation and no one here can help me .  Does anyone
  out there use phslan and can help me?
