ngn up for 9 months

Over the Fourth of July Weekend, we experienced a power outage.  Until
that time, site ngn had been up continuously since 25 September 1987.
ngn is a 7300 w/ 1Meg.  While we often hear of the unreliability of
these critters, I wanted to let you know that here is one machine that
is doing fine!
