terminfo problems

	We are experiencing some difficulty with terminfo in the
testing phase.  That is it compiles but the test program doesn't
work correctly.   The problems are:
1)	The screen update routine(doupdate) appears to ignore the
	'xmc'(magic_cookie_glitch) capability when displaying
	standout mode fields. This results in scrambling part
	of the screen on some terminals.  We would appreciate
	a fix if one exists.
2)	The test program(mille) fails to clear the Miles Window
	between hands and games. Is this a problem with the
	terminfo package or the test program?
