Advice on 3b1 to Ethernet, please

I'm new to this discussion group, so please forgive me if this 
re-hashes a worn out subject.

We have a rudimentary Ethernet set up at my place of employment
(1 Sun-4 and some PC's).  We would like to connect some 3b1's if this
can be accomplished reasonably.  Any advice, such as vendors,
good/bad experiences doing the same thing, caveats, etc. would
be greatly appreciated!
