Creating a mirror of an object is done by negatively scaling the object along
one axis.

To achieve a mirror copy of an object, make a copy of the object then just
select the second object. Click down on one of the side stretch handles
and drag the handle across the face of the object toward the opposite side
of the object and continue dragging until negative scaling of the object is
the size you want.

			 Obj     Copy
			+-----+o--o--o
			|     ||     |
			| |o o<- Click down here and drag to left
			|     ||     |
			+-----+o--o--o

			<--- drag ---

			 Copy is now on top of Obj
			o--o--o
			|     |
    Stop dragging here->o     o
			|     |
			o--o--o

I have found it easies to place the original and the copy side by side so
I get both objects approximately equal. Gridding helps too. Unfortunately
there is no flip option.
