Mirroring in Showcase

Copy the object to be mirrored.
Paste the copy.
Make a rough approximation by dragging the right center green blip
of the new object to the left side of the object.
Select the original object then shift-select the new object.
(At this point the original object shuld have larger green blips around it
than the new object.)
Open the Align Gizmo.
Choose lefts and rights.
Choose Apply.
The new object will stretch to exactly match the original object in width
and position.
