Cache organization and cache benchmark

We are doing a project on cache memory management and we need some
information on Sun Workstation.  If anyone has the following info: cache
size, implementation scheme and sample cache benchmark programs, is it
possible to send me a copy?  Sun Workstation means Sun3 and Sparc.
