Undocumented "features and bug fixes" found in FIXDISK2.0 (3.51m)

Don't!  Does that sum it up? :-)   It would surely break things ... and if
it just doesn't die after booting, it would make things sputter along and give
weird results.  I don't know the consequences, but it surely wouldn't be
worth the headaches of restoring your 3B1 again.   Mixing and matching
3.51 OS/utility components with 3.5 is definately not recommended under
any circumstances!

One other thing I'd like to clear up ...  Thanks for the good words on
my efforts with AT&T, but there certainly was more than just me.  I'd
like to thank some of the others...
